Customers returning a product within 30 days of purchase with the receipt will receive a refund. A 20% re-stocking fee applies.

To qualify, the returned product must be:

• A stocked product;
• In resalable condition (without dirt, dust, scratches or anything that alters the material from being in brand new condition);
• In its original packaging;
• Accompanied by the original invoice or sales receipt;

*Must clear a 10-business-day waiting period.
**If cash received for payment has not yet been deposited, a full refund of cash can be given.
Non-Qualifying Returns
Returns made after 30 days:
Gulf Coast Supply reserves the right to refuse any return made after 30 days of purchase.
Returns made without a sales receipt or invoice:
For Gulf Coast Supply account holders returning a product within 30 days of purchase, we will make every effort to look up your receipt for you. If this is possible, the same policy applies as if you had the original invoice. If we are unable to look up or find the invoice, the return may be refused. Refunds will only be given to the individual who originally paid for the material.
Special Orders
Returning “special orders”:
"Special order” refers to any product not normally stocked by Gulf Coast Supply and/or any product that is custom-made (or made to customer specification). Some examples are Custom Trim, Metal Panels, Gutter, Down Spouts or any other item that is not stocked by Gulf Coast Supply. Special orders are not returnable items. All sales are final for non-stocked/”special order” items.
Product Pickups
Gulf Coast Supply will provide on-site pickup of any qualifying return. The following will apply:
Any product picked up by Gulf Coast Supply will be subject to a flat service fee per pickup. The condition of the material picked up by Gulf Coast Supply will be determined when the material arrives at Gulf Coast Supply’s plant, not based on its condition at the location of pickup.
