It is often said that the sequel isn’t usually as good as the original- well in this case it is as good if not better!

I recently dealt with the DJ Team at Gulf Coast Supply- Dustin and Jacky, to be precise!!
As before, the order was perfect and delivered right on time. This is right on the heels of being forgotten for a service call two days in a row by my cable company- what a refreshing surprise  to see Jacky pull up right on schedule- in fact, a little early!

I have often spoken to friends and neighbors about your company and the efficiencies I observed from a visit a few years ago and the overall dealings with the personnel in your company.
Your headquarters is well cared for and all the equipment you use for transportation is top-notch. I paid particular attention to the way the ready-to-load trailers were all lined up perfectly- each equidistant from the next! That example tells the story to me.

Thanks again to DJ Team for scoring another command performance. When the carport extension is finished, I’ll send some photos!

I recently had a standing seam metal roof installed on our home. The help of your staff was absolutely invaluable. I wanted to let you know what a very good team you have working for you. They made every step of the process easy for me.

The individuals I want to particularly commend are Ray, who I only spoke to on the phone but who provided me with the information I needed to chose the roofing I did and was cheerful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was a great introduction to the company.

Dustin, in the office, was terrific. He piloted me through choosing color, ordering and follow-up with additional needs. He was always so easy to deal with and accommodating it was a real pleasure to work with him. I had chosen an unusual color (aged copper, which doesn’t appear on the standard color charts) and got it thanks to his help. It turned out to be perfect for this house for this house and we have had nothing but compliments. I cannot say enough about Dustin, he is a real asset to you.

The delivery and fabrication on site was made by Travis. Once again he was a great representative of the company. He was considerate, responsive, skillful and a really nice young man. You are lucky to have such good employees.

I have never written to a company before about its staff. I do so with pleasure.

In addition I have a favor to ask. I’ve included a photo of the house from the back which shows the best view of the roof. I promised I’d send it to Dustin as a sample for his use with customers. Would you please pass it on to him? I’d also appreciate your acknowledging this letter to the above employees, they deserve the praise.   Thanks so much.
